Why can’t I quickly connect to another device B when I have connected to device A?

Two ways to connect: 1. Disconnect the Bluetooth of device A, open the Bluetooth of device B, and the connection is successful. 2.Long press “+” and “-” at the same time for 3 seconds to clear the headphone pairing. Reconnect device B.

Can this bluetooth headphones over ear connect to multiple devices at the same time?

To prevent leakage of customer privacy, we have removed this feature

Does this noise cancelling headphones support Wired Mode?

Yes, Bluetooth headphone comes wth a 3.5mm audio cable in the package. If you need to use 3.5mm audio cable and fast charging cable,it is more beneficial to use the accessories that come in the package for the battery life of wireless headphone.
